You will also want to change wheels or add some 1-1/4' wheel spacers otherwise you will be rubbing on the shock tower and lower control arms among other things.

It was the largest size tire I could fit in the stock Spare Tire Location without modifying the interior. This is just over a 30 inch diameter tire. The 2000 XJ had a clone 'UpCountry' suspension.
